Home-LAN is a housing development program that is focusing on educating first generation home owners about the home purchase process and foreclosure prevention. 'Build a Safe Home 2024' is acquiring homes for veterans and their families. This initiative will ensure our military families located in the continental states have a safe place to call home. With support from Local Area Network Connection Incorporated, and businesses throughout the area, we are seeking cash donations to purchase building supplies, and other in-kind gifts to finance the acquisition of properties in the area.

This is a Vet-led initiative, and our goal is to allow decorated men and women in the area a safe place to live and enjoy their retirement and show them that we care for them and wants them to thrive in creativity, peace, and unity.

We are currently collecting cash, building supplies, and other in-kind gifts to include gift cards to give to  families who are transitioning into civilian life. We know that no veteran should go through their retirement without a home, resources, healthy food, and support. Even though this is just one initiative, we believe in and hope to inspire further community efforts to come together to help each other through hard times. In fact, this will be the first ‘community investment’ open for display. For the next six months LAN INC prays for help to host a fundraising event every month where we will be giving away free food, and many other opportunities to support the people.

In return the Local Area Network Connection Inc. offers your small business publicity/ advertisement, an annual state and federal tax deduction, and a donation receipt will be provided upon sponsorship.
